The Black Nite range of cameras is part of our product line aimed at the specialist covert and semi-covert surveillance user. The Black Nite is a true 24 hour camera with built in covert Light Emitting Diode (LED) illuminators, providing sufficient illumination for optimum camera performance, even though the naked eye cannot see the 'light'. No external infra red or white light is required.
The camera is small, only 63mm square and 35mm deep, and can be supplied with a variety of built lenses to meet operational requirements. Standard and low power versions are available. The low power version is best suited to short range observation, typically 0.1m to 2m.
The standard camera is fitted with an 8mm lens, giving a 32° field of view and a nominal range of 15m depending on scene reflectivity.
